Shipping Policy
At Protmix Foods LLP, we aim to deliver your favorite high-protein and healthy food products to your doorstep quickly, safely, and efficiently.

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.

You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at the moment.

In rare cases of unavoidable delays (like weather, strikes, or courier issues), we’ll notify you promptly via email or WhatsApp.

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@protmixfoods.com with your order ID and images of the package.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Protmix Foods LLP, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering your orders with freshness and safety. However, if there’s any issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used. However, returns are allowed under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product.

The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

You received a product past its expiry date.
To be eligible for a return:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@protmixfoods.com with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product.
Refunds
Once your return is reviewed and approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Opened or partially used products.

Products returned without proper reason or beyond the 48-hour window.

Orders placed by mistake or with incorrect address details.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may also offer a replacement instead of a refund — especially for damaged or wrong products. Replacement will be processed after verification.
