1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Any return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Products purchased during promotional sales, unless defective.
3. Return Process

Once approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product (where applicable) or guide you on how to return it.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
5. Replacement Option
